Terms and condition 

• The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to change in the number of guests, hotel change,  itinerary change, etc. 
• The hotels are subject to their availability.In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard. 
• CLANSTAYS reserves the right to rearrange the itinerarydue to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service. 
• The airport pick-up and drop is done in Eeco/Van/Innova/Xylo(decided on spot by the taxi union as per the availability) 
• Clan stays will always book the standard category room
• If Guest do not pay according to the company policy then the clanstays have right to cancel the booking without informing the client  
• The company will not be responsible for any problemcaused due to traffic
• No backup transportation will be provided  
• In case of any damage by client then he/she has to pay the losses and if doesn’t then company has right to cancel the booking and adjust the loss from the booking amount
