- Confirmation and Availability
- Room Reservations: All confirmations are subject to availability. Rooms are reserved in the standard category and will be confirmed upon availability. If the original hotels are unavailable, travelers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
- Itinerary and Amendments
- Amendments: Any amendments in the package due to changes in the number of guests, hotel changes, itinerary changes, etc., will result in a cost difference that shall be borne by the client.
- Itinerary Changes: CLANSTAYS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to disturbances (e.g., weather conditions, political conditions) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
- Transfers
- Airport Transfers: Airport pick-up and drop-off will be conducted using Eeco/Van/Innova/Xylo, decided on the spot by the taxi union based on availability.
- Payments and Cancellations
- Payment Policy: If the guest does not comply with the company’s payment policy, CLANSTAYS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel the booking without informing the client.
- Additional Charges: In case of any damage caused by the client, the client must pay for the losses. If the payment is not made, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and adjust the loss from the booking amount.
- Liability and Responsibility
- Traffic Issues: The company will not be responsible for any problems caused due to traffic. No backup transportation will be provided.
- Unused Services
- Non-Refundable Services: No refunds will be issued for unused services or missed activities due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, illness, or strikes.
- Customer Conduct
- Conduct: If a client misbehaves or does not follow the instructions of our team, CLANSTAYS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund.
- Dispute Resolution
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

- Agreement: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
