Upon arrival our representative will escort you to the pre booked hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and relax for the day for proper rest. This is very much required to get acclimatized. In the evening you can visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace. Enjoy shopping and taste local cuisine at local leh Market. The place has number of cafes to spend time with loved ones. Return to hotel and enjoy delicious dinner and overnight stay.
In the morning lip-smacking breakfast is served. Today we will be doing Sham valley excursion includes Hall of Fame, Spituk Gompa, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill , Sangam and SECMOL. We will start the sham valley tour by visiting Hall of Fame- Run by the Indian Army, this museum/war memorial houses weapons, history exhibits & a souvenir shop.
Later moving forward will visit the Spituk Gompa – museum. Will be visiting Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and later enjoy the langer there. Will know the story how the gurudwara was constructed by Indian Army. The most eye catching and interesting place during Sham Valley tour is Magnetic Hill. Its name is well explanatory about the nature of the place. Visit the Sangam – Confluence of Zanskar & Indus river. Return back to hotel for delicious dinner and relax after adventurous day.
After waking up in the morning enjoy the delicious breakfast. Get ready to visit some of the highest pases in the world. THE KAHRDUNG-LA. Overnight stay & dinner at the campsite in Nubra Valley. If you have permit to visit then you can do the Diskit Monastery, Buddha statue. As this region was a part of the famous silk route you can enjoy Bactrian Camel Ride. Check-in at camps and spent the night under sky full of stars.
Wake up in the morning and enjoy delicious breakfast. Drive towards Turtuk village. K2, visible in the horizon from the top of the village
Turtuk is the last outpost in India and base to siachin glacier
The place is famous for its fresh produce like apricots and apples.
Return to campsite at Nubra for overnight stay.
Dinner at camps
Wake up and enjoy delicious breakfast. Perform the check-out formalities at the camp. Get ready for the most awaited day as you will be visiting Pangong Lake on the Indo-China border. Pangong Tso will greet you with its changing colours from shades of blue to green to red. Enjoy the location by exploring the surroundings of the Pangong Lake with the view of the Shyok river on one side and the mountains on another side. This is the place where movie 3 Idiots & Jab tak h Jaan was filmed. Overnight stay and dinner at a campsite near Pangong Lake.
Wake up and have a lip-smacking breakfast. Going back to leh you can take a stop over at Changla pass one of the highest pass. There are number of places to visit like Chan-La Café, Changla Baba Temple, 3 Idiot School. If you have permits then you can also visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Dinner & overnight stay at Leh hotel
After having your breakfast do the checkout formalities. Our representative will drop you to the desired location.
