1. Cancellation-Based Refunds:

   • Maximum refund time is 90 days from the date of cancellation of the package.

2. Non-Refundable Services:

   • Clients cannot claim refunds if they do not or cannot utilize any of the services, including but not limited to hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc., due to any reason whatsoever.
