At Clanstays, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency to our customers regarding cancellations and refund requests.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to mayankupadhyay479@gmail.com.
- The following charges will apply for cancellations, unless otherwise specified in the package details:
- 30 days or more before the trip start date: 10% of the package cost will be charged.
- 15–29 days before the trip start date: 25% of the package cost will be charged.
- 7–14 days before the trip start date: 50% of the package cost will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before the trip start date: 100% of the package cost will be charged (no refund).
- Cancellation by Clanstays:
- In rare cases, if Clanstays cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient group participation, you will receive a full refund or an alternative package of equal value.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations as per the policy.
- Refund timelines depend on the payment method used and can take up to 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during booking.
3. Non-Refundable Components
The following are non-refundable:
- Payments made for activities, permits, or services specifically marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
- Costs for third-party services (e.g., flights, hotels) that have their own cancellation policies.
4. Modifications to Bookings
- If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., change travel dates or destination), such requests will be subject to availability and additional charges.
- Modification requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the trip start date.
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or departure location without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
6. Force Majeure
In case of cancellations due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis, in line with supplier policies.
