Payment Policy
Advance Payment
- Booking Confirmation: To confirm a booking, clients must pay a 40% advance of the total package cost. Upon receiving the payment, CLANSTAYS PRIVATE LIMITED will send a payment confirmation email with all booking details.
Remaining Balance
- Payment on Check-In: The remaining 60% of the total package cost is due on the first day of check-in. If the payment is not made, CLANSTAYS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.

- Cash (with prior approval from our team)
- Electronic transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI)
- Credit/Debit cards
Cancellation Policy
